The pregnant mother is busy with her daily life and household tasks. However, she doesn't feel well in her dream home due to her pregnancy and the associated discomfort. In a panic, she calls her virtual husband to inform him about her condition.
As soon as the husband arrives and sees his pregnant wife in distress, he rushes her to the hospital for a checkup and ultrasound. The doctor delivers the news that she has given birth to twin babies. This unexpected turn of events adds an exciting twist to the gameplay, as players are now tasked with taking care of two newborns along with their mother.
